Job description

About Eternal Sun Group:

At Eternal Sun Group, we lead the way in solar testing innovation. Specializing in sun simulation, we support solar laboratories, research institutions, project developers, energy companies, investors, and panel manufacturers worldwide. With headquarters and production facilities in The Hague and offices in China and North America, we are proud to operate as a global, dynamic team of over 65 professionals.

Our work environment is open, energetic, and collaborative. We value ownership, feedback, and high standards of customer service. If you’re looking to contribute to a cleaner energy future in a company where your voice matters — we’d love to meet you.

About the Role:

For our Factory Inspections department, which primarily serves PV project developers and solar asset owners, we are looking for a Customer QA/QC Reporting & Data Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of technical inspection reports, dashboard insights, and customer communication during and after our QA/QC projects.

You are the key link between our inspection teams in Asia and our customers and teams at HQ — ensuring reporting consistency across different time zones, languages, and professional cultures. Because our reports are the core deliverables of our service, strict attention to detail and high standards are crucial. This includes ensuring clarity of observations, accuracy of language, transparency of pass/fail decisions, data completeness, and clear summaries and visuals to support investment-grade conclusions.

You will be part of our growing Customer Delivery team and work closely with:

  • Our Module QA/QC Director and Project Managers in The Hague

  • Our Factory Inspection teams in China

  • International solar project developers and owners

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize and edit technical inspection reports to ensure consistency in language, accuracy of decisions, completeness of data, and logical flow of conclusions

  • Lead project close-out meetings with customers, highlighting key findings and recommended next steps

  • Draft concise, professional advisory letters and summaries to accompany reports

  • Act as the escalation point for report-related clarifications

  • Align with ISO 17020-based reporting standards, ensuring traceability and data integrity

  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of internal documentation and dashboards

  • Help bridge cultural and linguistic reporting challenges between Asia-based and HQ teams

Job requirements

What You Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical English

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering)

  • Native Mandarin Chinese proficiency to facilitate smooth collaboration with Asia-based colleagues

  • Experience in the solar PV industry, particularly in QA/QC, module standards (IEC 61215 / IEC 61730), or semiconductor manufacturing, is highly preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to coordinate across departments and cultural boundaries

Who You Are:

  • A proactive team player who thrives in collaborative international environments

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with strong analytical skills

  • Flexible, energetic, and eager to learn

  • Able to balance operational deadlines with precision and long-term quality goals

What We Offer:

  • A meaningful role in a growing company that contributes daily to a more sustainable world

  • Responsibility, freedom, and influence in a flat and entrepreneurial structure

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Travel and commute reimbursement

  • Daily free lunch at the office

  • Flexible working options (hybrid remote/office)

  • A diverse, talented, and supportive international team
