The role
As a Spares sales & Logistics Support Coordinator, you take ownership of the full customer order process , from quoting and order intake to shipment coordination and invoicing. You’ll be the central link between our customers, internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Your role combines commercial support with hands-on logistics and administration.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders for spare parts and components

• Coordinating shipments with customers, agents, and transport companies

• Managing import/export documentation and logistics planning

• Updating inventory records and stock administration

• Preparing quotes and issuing invoices in Exact Online

• Supporting the customer service and sales teams as needed

What we’re looking for

• MBO/HBO level of working and thinking

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or sales support — preferably in a technical or international environment

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a big plus)

• Comfortable switching between tasks and using tools like Excel and customer portals

• Service-oriented, precise, and structured
