Eternal Sun, a leading company in the global market of solar panel testing, is seeking a versatile Marketing Support Assistant & Event Coordinator with the expertise to own day-to-day execution of events and paid/owned campaigns across Eternal Sun brands — so strategy and Go-2-Market can scale.

Key Responsibilities

Event coordination (~20+ a year): registrations, vendors, booth assets, run-of-show, lead capture, and follow-up packs.

Paid campaigns: build & optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (search/display); optimization and reporting.

Website management: updates in WordPress/other CMS, forms/redirects, on-page SEO basics, and changelog.

Product marketing support: draft datasheets/brochures from messaging; keep battlecards & competitor matrix current.

Social & PR support: monthly calendar, publishing, community engagement; format releases and track press clippings.

Vendor (partner) management: clear briefs, timelines, feedback, QA, and file handover.

Brand assets management and light design tasks.

Reporting & marketing ops: weekly work-in-progress and monthly KPI snapshot; spend tracker and taxonomy upkeep.

Account-Based Marketing execution: target lists & matched audiences, tiered plays (ads/emails/LPs), intent monitoring, Marketing Qualified Accounts & Sales handoff.

What you bring:

• A BA/MA degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, or equivalent

• Experience in demand generation & events management; confident project coordination

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills; a sharp eye for detail and design aesthetics

• Advanced Canva skills 

• Analytics: GA4 and campaign reporting; comfortable with spreadsheets. Experience with multi-attribution

• Experienced with Marketing automation & CRM

• Hands-on experience with website management: WordPress and similar CMS; basic on-page SEO

• Advanced AI usage % ABM tooling familiarity (LinkedIn Matched Audiences, lists/segments)

• Growth mindset: you enjoy learning new tactics and staying up-to-date with B2B marketing best practices

• Nice to be around, supportive collaborator with clear written English; passion for renewable energy is a plus
